1. Admission Criteria

To sit for the RES/REA course, applicants must be:

Registration is on a first come first served basis.

Registration is only confirmed upon payment. No reservation of seats.

For RES/REA registrations, required documents must be submitted to complete the registration.

All details provided in the registration are correct.

3. Payment

All fees must be received prior to attending the course.

Payment by cheque to be made in the favour of "Real Centre Network Pte Ltd"

Registration for RES/REA examinations is not included in the course fees.

4. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

All withdrawal and refund request must be made in writing.

All requests will be subjected to approval.

Course fees paid to Real Centre Network Pte Ltd are refundable subject to the following conditions:

Written Notice of Withdrawal is received

An administrative charge of $53.50 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed for all approved refunds / withdrawals or transfers.

Refund will be made within 30 days from the date of approved refund.

Registered participant who does not show up for course will be considered as "Withdrawal without notice" and Real Centre Network Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge a penalty of 100% of the course fee.

5. Rescheduling of course

Course rescheduling must be made in writing to Real Centre Network Pte Ltd and the written notice must be submitted at least 7 working days prior to course commencement.

A rescheduling penalty of S$100 shall be imposed if the written notice is submitted after the minimum 7 working days requirement.

NO penalty fee shall be imposed if course rescheduling is due to Medical or Compassionate ground.

Rescheduled course dates are subjected to availability of seats and must be done within 3 months of the original course start date.

Fees will be forfeited should the participant again do not show up on rescheduled course dates.

6. Replacement of Participant

Participant may nominate a replacement by notifying Real Centre Network Pte Ltd in writing at least 7 working days prior to the commencement date of the course.

7. Certificate of Participation

Certificate of Participation will only be awarded to participants attend the full event.

For REA/RES/WSQ courses, Certificate of Attendance will only be awarded to participants who fulfill a minimum of 75% attendance. Make up Classes are subject to availability.

Participants are required to sign in and out of the activity. Strictly no admittance after 15 minutes.

8. Amendments to course

Real Centre Network Pte Ltd reserves the right to change or modify the training syllabus/dates/venue /lecturers for the course in general as and when it considers appropriate or the circumstances so require.

Full refund will be made in the event of course cancellation by Real Centre Network Pte Ltd.

9. Copyright

It is acknowledged that all course material, program material or copies remain the sole property of Real Centre Network.

Any recordings or copies made of course materials will be an infringement of copyright.

Audio and/or video recordings of the lectures are strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data Collection

Under Part II of the Advisory Guidelines on the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") for NRIC and Other National Identification Numbers (issued by the PDPC on 31 August 2018), organisations are generally not allowed to collect, use or disclose NRIC numbers except, for example, where it is necessary to accurately verify the identity of the individual to a high degree of fidelity.

However, as the fulfilment of CPD credits is a mandatory requirement for a real estate salesperson to retain his/her salesperson registration, CEA requires that the identities of CPD course attendees are accurately ascertained and that CPD credits are correctly allocated to salesperson.

Therefore, CPD Course Providers are required to furnish CEA with information such as course attendance records which include NRIC numbers to uniquely identify each attendee.

In order to deliver the following services requested by the participant, RCN will collect and use personally identifiable information including name, NRIC number, email address, address, telephone number and where necessary educational history. RCN will, where required by CEA or directed by the participant; disclose to CEA such personally identifiable information for the purposes of, and incidental to the participant's receipt of services, updating their attendance, academic and/or certification records with the CEA.
